Are we allowed to bill for telemedicine if we schedule a telehealth visit to review the pt's medical problems to update their record? we are part of an inititive that shows us diagnosis' from other places the pt has been and those diagnosis' but the pt's don't always update us so we are wanting to schedule these patients to update their problems and medicines taken. I hope that makes sense, Thank you!
