Telemedicine - hospital teleconsultation

Any suggestions how to bill a non-Medicare hospital teleconsultation? Medicare has specific requirements in order to bill the HCPCS code, but I don't see a specific code in CPT. Billing the inpatient consultation codes is not appropriate because an exam is not performed. Thoughts? and thanks,
 
There are telehealth codes in the HCPCS volumne. You are correct that MCR and MCD also have very very specific criteria that need to be met before they can be billed.
