Having trouble understanding how to explain to our SNF's providers about billing correct codes during Covid-19.

If a provider is seeing a patient over the phone or telecommunication video - can only do it under telehealth once a month? correct?
 
Incorrect for the reasons you seem to be saying - that because it's not face-to-face, it can only be once a month.

The rules are the same as if the visit were in person - if that is restricted to once a month, then it can only be once a month.
