Is anyone here billing for this?

Our medical director was told it was great to do. I am seeing some information on it.

I want to know are there restrictions? I do see medicare has restrictions as far as the patient's location. Are there any other ones that you know of?
Is this big for an audit issue?
Is reimbursement really that good?

Also the medicare stated that there had to be an exam, how would you do an exam if you are doing telemedicine? This seems contradictory to me.

Are there any other insurance companies that i should be worried about not paying other than medicare?
