Hello :)

I am in need of some guidance on Anthem Medicare Advantage coverage for phone only visit (99441-99443). Wondering if anyone posts for these claim in Maine and would know which POS to use 11/02 and if they require a Modifier. I have contacted the payer but they continuously inform me they are unable to tell me how to bill. Anthem Medicare's policy is confusing to me when I read it. Can anyone help me? I would really appreciate it :)
