With the New code set in 2025. I am certain that we can agree these services are even more of a nuisance now. Currently billing as low level E&M with modifier 93 POS 02. Is anyone else having issues getting these paid when billed as low level E&M? or should we keep billing the new code set in hopes that Insurances will come back an pay once they've figured out their policies. Any guidance will be helpful. Thanks
