Can anyone provide any assistance or feedback on the following situation.

A Dr. in a small town several hundreds of miles away calls a Dr. in the Big City to discuss a specific case and get telephone assistance on how to manage and treat his/her patient. What if anything can the Big City Dr. bill? Keep in mind that the Big City Dr, is talking only to the Small Town Dr. and not with the patient.

I can't seem to find a code that would work other than 99499. Also what if they send lab reports and such for the Big City Dr. to review, would this be included in the telepone assistance?


I would greatly appreciate any assistance any one could provide.:confused:
