Wiki Telephone Consultation - over 30 minutes

I am trying to bill for a nonphysician telephone consultation that lasted 50 minutes. Per the 2010 CPT coding book there are only codes of 98967 for 11-20 minutes and 98968 for 21-30 minutes. Do I just code it as 2 units of a 98968?

no you can only bill the 98968 with one unit, that is as much as can be billed, any time over that is not billable.

you just bill the 98968 with no modifier and make sure all time is documented by the person on the phone and it is all phone time and no hold time.
