Is there a CPT code for new patient telephone visit? This is post pandemic . Video failed so phone only. Medical visits not behavioral health. We are using 99441-99443 but I do not think that is correct.

Hi there, everything I've read indicates you cannot report telephone visits for new patients after the PHE.
This sounds like an instance where you need to check the carrier for information on how to code when there are technical difficulties like this.
