Hello-

I have 2 cases where one of my doctors placed a temporary pacer and then the following day did a dual chamber insertion. I have not submitted the claims yet--are there any guidelines as far as these two being billed out within a certain amount of time of each other? I have looked in the reference books I have available and also browsed thru local carrier and CMS website but wasn't successful in finding anything. Any information would be appreciated!
