Can a temp pacing wire (via groin access) be billed with an extraction AND re implant; IF the patient is pacemaker dependent? (provided of course that it is clearly documented).

Yes, you can code 33210 for insertion of a temporary pacemaker in a patient with symptomatic bradycardia. May need to add modifier -59.
