Can someone explain to me if and how we can get reimbursed for tendon grafts on ACL/PCL ligament procedures. We were told we could bill L8699 by one person then someone told us we are not able to bill separately for the grafts. We are paying for these grafts almost $2500.00 so why can we not bill separately for these? If we can, what are you using for a code?
