Tendon Lengthening - separate incision

In the same leg, a total of three tendons are lengthened via two separate incisions—one tendon through one incision and two tendons in a separate incision.
Any suggestions?
 
Sneak a peek at 27394. I'm not sure that multiple incisions makes a difference...I think they classify it by how many tendons were involved. Unfortuantely, I don't have much in the way of reference material at this moment.

What I have found so far is billing 27685 for the single tendon, first incision and then 27686 twice with a 59 mod on one. As 27686 states each tendon.

Any Suggestions?
