Has anyone coded a percutaneous lateral epicondyle tenotomy with ultrasound guidance for the new Tenex procedure? I have the tenotomy code for 24357, but I am unsure about which code to use for the ultrasound guidance and the resource page on the Tenex website does not work for me. I am leaning towards either 76998, 76942, or 76882. Any help would be appreciated.
