Could someone please let me know id you bill the test dose. I don't think you can bill the test dose or time. Please verify
 
The drug dose would be total billed.... add the test dose to the regular infused dose and bill for the total.

If the test dose is given by injection, you can bill the service.
 
I bill the total dose. I got that. What about the time for the test dose? My understanding is you do not count the test dose time. Is that correct? Thanks for responding :)
 
You can count the test dose time. How is it being given? What you can't bill for is the time between the test dose and the infusion of the drug.
Does that make sense?
