Is it appropriate for a practice to charge a patient for physician initiated review of test results? I code anesthesia, so this is out of my lane.

It depends. Would need more info. What kind of test, who ordered it, was the practice billed and paid for the test separately, does the test have TC/PC, is it a second opinion scenario, etc....?
