Hi,
Which bullet point within the 1997 Multisystem examination would Testing Coordination (eg, finger/nose, hell/shin rapid alternating movements) fall under? Within the single specialty systems of both musculoskeletal and neuro there is a bullet point for testing coordination; however, there is not in the multisystem exam. Any suggestions?

It depends on what the provider is doing to test coordination. If that is all they are documenting, that isn't specific enough to give credit under one of the '97 bullets. What exactly are they documenting?

The provider is an Interventional Pain Management provider. The exam states, "Coordination is intact bilaterally with finger to nose and rapid alternating movements". I don't see a bullet for it within the Multi System Exam.
