Is anyone doing over 6 implants per 3 months for your medicare pts? Are you getting paid by Medicare for over the 6? Is it appropriate to have pt sign ABN and bill them for the additional 6 for example our PA only inserts 10-12 nothing less then 10 but Medicare only allows 6 be implanted per 3 months per FDA brochure example.

Any insight would be good. Thanks
