Wiki testosterone pellets

Our office had been using the Testopel pellets (75mg) and billing w S0189, now they are using generic pellets (not Testopel) which are 87.5 mg each
Any thoughts on billing ?? J3490 ?

We don't bill for them anymore, but when we did J3490 was used for Medicare and S0189 was for all other insurance companies
