I don't know about online site but there is a 2010 cpc study guide that you can buy out of books a million. That's a really good book. It help me with my cpc exam last week saturday.

AAPC has online Practice Exams available for purchase. These are a great tool in preparing for the exam. You can take these practice exams over and over, time and grade yourself and receive rationales to the questions. 50 questions are $29.95 or you can get 150 questions for $69.95!
 
You can purchase books (i.e. CPC Coding Review 2010) that could help, I just purchased the book myself, if not this one you can purchase the practice exams from the website, it really helps, my friend purchased the book and studied extra hard everyday until two days before his test and he pass the test
