In the latest "ED Coding Alert", there is an article that states that "tetanus shots are not reportable in the ED, so roll the injection work into the overal E/M level". Would this specifically apply to reporting physician services, or does this apply to facility ED reporting as well?

Can anyone give me a link to inclusions and exclusions for charging in the ED? Facility guidelines?
