How would I code this second inj into the right S1 foramen please?
Using intraoperative fluoroscopy the L5 vertebral endplate was squared off in AP view. In approximately 18 degrees of right oblique view, a 25-gauge 3-1/2 inch needle was advanced into the right L5-S1 foramen. A lateral view was obtained. In AP view using live fluoroscopy contrast was injected. After negative aspiration of heme and CSF, approximately 10 mg of preservative-free Decadron and 1 1/2 cc of quarter percent bupivacaine was injected. The S1 superior endplate was then squared off in AP view. In approximately 5 degrees of ipsilateral oblique view a 25-gauge 3 inch needle was advanced into the right S1 foramen. A lateral view was obtained. In AP view using live fluoroscopy, contrast was injected. After negative aspiration of heme and CSF approximately 10 mg preservative-free Decadron and 1 1/2 cc of quarter percent bupivacaine was injected.
