what could be the icd for weakness in pregnancy of a thalassemia carrier

Not sure what the "weakness" is, but you can begin by looking at 779.89 and 282.49. Since I do not have the medical note detail, these ICD-9s might not be a good fit, but may be a good place to start. :)
