Our payers want 99441-99443 with POS2 and or 10. We are getting denials from Medicare and Fallon, CIGN wants POS2, Per CPT we cannot use either of these modifiers with 99441-99443. We are located in Massachusetts. Is anyone out there having the same issue? And what have you found as a solution to this problem.

I agree as these are for telehealth where health related services were received or provider.
POS 2 other than patients home
POS 10 provided in patients home
What POS are you using? Are you putting mod G
