Hello, can any one help me out with the cpt 11970 & 19342. According to the description on 11970 it can be used for exchange of tissue expander for permanent prothesis and the 19342 is for delayed insertion of prothesis. Now I take that to mean no prothesis has been put in yet and according to the description on that cpt, that is what it says. Majority of the time 19342 is being used for exchange of breast prothesis for implant and not the 11970 and I don't agree with that. Could someone let me know what they think. So I can get this clarified.

Thank You
