Has anyone read the revised CMS version of the E/M services guide yet? What changes did they make?
 
I read it and I didn't notice much new information, just that they combined all E/M service guidance into one document that includes the full 1995 and 1997 guidelines. It is quite thorough. Nice to have all information in one place to reference.
