The MRI states, "C4-C5: Disk bulge uncovertebral and facet joint hypertrophy. Mild sac compression, moderate foraminal narrowing. C6-C7: Disk bulge, uncovertebral and facet joint hypertrophy. Mild sac compression. Mild foraminal narrowing.".
