Hello,

I am not sure what code to use for a thoracentesis with ultrasound gudiance with pleural cath. I am looking at 76942 and 32421. I have two diferent reports. one reporst has two physcians involved, one doing the thoracentesis and the other doing the US. So do I code the 32421 only for my physcian?:rolleyes:
