What do you think about using 38500 and then the 38746?

try 38589 and S20XX I dont' have my HCPS so I dont' have the excact robotic code. Using robotic you use the laparoscopic. there is not a laparoscopic code for the lymphadenectomy, so I would go with the unlisted laparoscopic there is an S2xxx somthing code for robotic surgery there is no money attached but it clarifies it is robotic.
