As this code with time has evolved in billing with STS. One of the last suggestions was to bill with a min of level 4,7,9 but I want to be very clear as at this point my understanding is that a sampling does not qualify for billing a lymphadenectomy so the clarification needed is that to bill a lymphadenectomty we are speaking of removing the packets of the levels not just a single node from the level? Is that a correct interpretation of STS's stand as of today.
