This is a first for me... Physician did the following checking for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. They only had this and a carotid doppler done, no office visit.. I cannot find a CPT code for this... HELP!!! Thank you!!

INDICATION: syncope
SONOGRAPHER:
RIGHT ARM:
Finger PPG wave forms were examined at baseline, with Adson,s maneuver, with costoclavicular position and with hyperabduction.
No significant change to suggest thoracic outlet syndrome.
LEFT ARM:
Finger PPG wave forms were examined at baseline, with Adson,s maneuver, with costoclavicular position and with hyperabduction.
No significant change to suggest thoracic outlet syndrome.
