Does anyone have any suggestions for a CPT code for Vena Cava Resection?

Patient had squamous cell carcinoma with invasion to the vena cava.

Note reads:

The dissection was carried up the azygos vein to where the tumor was invading the vena cava. By gentle dissection to soft tissue, the most medial portion of the tumor was freed from surrounding tissue. This allowed us to place the stapler across the bottom portion of the vena cava and resect the tumor.
