The report states that the surgeon used a thoracoscopy to repair a hiatal hernia and we cannot find a CPT code to fit that description. Went to the billing supervisor and asked her and she said to use the laparscopic code. Is that correct? If not can anyone tell us what code is correct...............:confused:
