Thoracotomy-drainage of empyema

I am having a hard time selecting the correct code. Doctor dictated drainage of empyema by lateral thoracotomy, He also placed two large 36- French chest tube and a JP drain placed in subcu area. He denies 32036 stating no thoracostomy. Can anyone help? Thanks!!
