Can anyone help me code this note:

Operation Performed: right thoracotomy, drainage of effusions, breaking of loculations, and talc pleurodesis

A small incision made in the fourth intercostal space and chest entered through the unresected interspace. Breakdown of loculations and drainage of all pockets of fluid entertained. Talc pleurodesis with care was pushed throughout. Two 34-French chest tubes were placed.

I can not find the thoracotomy code that best represents this procedure for drainage of effusions. Any advice is appreciated!
