Hello,

1. My physicians perform a "throat swab" along with an E/M. I cannot find a CPT to explain the "specimen collection". Is there such a code and are these typically bundled into the E/M?

2. My physicians also bill for a "urine culture", I cannot locate the CPT code for the collection.

Help! Much appreciated :)
