41 year old female with 4+ cm solid mass left thyroid. Patient is 4 months pregnant.
Do I have enough information to code the dx as 648.10 Thyroid dysfunction complicating pregnancy, childbirth, or the pueperium?
or should I code it as a thyroid nodule and incidental pregnancy?
