Good afternoon.

Surgeon performed the following operation:

Right subtotal thyroidectomy and left partial thyroidectomy.

I am a bit confused as to what code(s) to use:

During my CPC training we had a similar scenario and it was coded: 60212 LT

However, I was advised to use 60200 Lt and 60210 Rt.

Can someone please assist?
