I need cpt code for tibial nerve decompression. My google search came back as 64712 ( sciatic nerve decompression ) Do you agree?
 
If it was the posterior tibial nerve in the tarsal tunnel, I think it would be 28035 Release, tarsal tunnel (posterior tibial nerve decompression). If it is the tibial nerve somewhere else, I'm thinking 64708 Neuroplasty, major peripheral nerve, arm or leg, open; other than specified, based on 3M's coding path. They have the tibial nerve listed under peripheral nerve.
