What is the timely filing limit for medical claims for a workers compensation patient in California? Does it vary from patient to patient or is it always the same for all of california?

Obviously claims should always be submitted in a timely matter, but we have a few claims that the old biller missed and it might already be too late to submit.

Thanks :)

I am new to filing Workers Compensation Claims . Does anyone have any resources that could help me as an aid with filing claims?
The best place to start is with your clearinghouse and state codes, rules, and other state regulated areas. The work comp carriers also have manuals and rules depending on state and coverage/employer, etc.
Examples:

Carriers like: Hartford, Pinnacol, Chubb, Travelers, Liberty Mutual...
