Good afternoon!
I have a question: 200mcg of Fentanyl and 50 mg of Profofol were tritrated 3x (each) in 1 ED encounter. (all at least 30 minutes from each other) How would I code this? Would this be considered 96374, 96375 and 96376x4? thank you
