Hello fellow coders-- It was brought to my attention by my lead coder to add codes found that do not pertain to the body part in which I'm coding. For example, CT of the chest shows a small portion of the liver and adrenal gland. Both of which had possible insignificant findings. As a coder do you include those, or not?
