Has anyone billed for tobramycin infusions?
Can anyone help me out?
The patient was given 200mg on 3 separate days.
I see that J3260 lists as up tpo 80mg, so should I only charge that x2.5 for each time?
These were nurse visits only, what else should I be charging?
