Hello,

I have been asked if contacting the patient via their health portal counts as the initial 2 day contact requirement for TOC patients. I know the code definition states it should be "direct contact, telephone, or electronic". I am hoping to find something that says for sure using the portal falls into "electronic" and we remain compliant. Thanks for any help!
