I previously worked a few years back for a little healthcare facility in Central Minnesota that has a laboratory catalog that provided this information.
Doesn't your healthcare place have a laboratory catalog you can rely on for your questions here??
What CPT codes are you trying to bill? This is all laboratory billing.
