Tongue reconstruction

I could use some help . OR report reads:

1. Right lateral tongue exploration with removal of fish bone foreign body
2. Reconstruction of resultant 5 x 3 cm defect down to the tongue muscle with layered closure
3. Excisional biopsy of 5 mm right base of tonsil lesion

It seems like 4111 doesn't cover what what was done concerning the tongue.
How would you guys code this out?
