One of my providers asked if there will be any type of tool they can carry with them to remind them of the documenation quidelines with ICD10 until they get use to the new system. Do any of you know of anything out there? Thank you.
 
I am not aware of any tool per se, but a good start might be to run a report of the top 15-25 codes that your group uses and see how they map over to ICD-10 CM. From there, you can develop your own tool or educational materials to give to your providers over coding and documentation requirements specific to those conditions.
