Hi there. I am trying to see how to add nipple surgery to the 19318-50 code for a FTM Top surgery. The guidelines say 19350-50 bundles into 19318-50 but the work is more extensive than a areolar repair. Can we use an X modifier?
Our coding in past years we were reimbursed for was: 19303-50.19350-50,15200 but guideline updates show that 19303 is only for breast cancer.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
