HELP!!

I am new to Chiropractic coding, and we are receiving denials from Medicare and Private Ins. due to Type of Specialty & Place of Service codes.

The Billing Supervisor before me used 11 for Office & 01 for Specialty.

I don't understand the problem with 11, but should the specialty code be 01 or 35?
