Wiki total ankle question

My provider did a total ankle (27702) with replacement of the tibia and talus, but not the fibula. Do I need to add a 52 modifier?

Not at all.

Ankle replacement is replacement of the tibiotalar joint. The fobula is not independently replaced as there is essentially no articular surface there.

No modifier.
